General Event Information

Organised by NHG Health, the 15M Health Games is an annual community sports competition bringing people together through group-based games adapted for all ages and physical abilities.

These 6 innovative games are specially designed to be easy to play, for different age groups and physical abilities on the same team, with progressive competitive elements that let players start at any level and improve together.

Supporting the 15M social movement's goal of adding 15 million years of healthy life, the15M Health Games aim to unite residents across 12 towns in Central and North Singapore through regular activities that bring families together, keep residents socially connected, and maintain active lifestyles through fun team-based activities.

As residents from these 12 towns train and play together, we're building healthier, and happier communities' town by town.

The 15M Health Games 2025 kicks off with the game showcase &training sessions and preliminary rounds starting 30 August. Teams that advance will compete in the grand finals on 5 October 2025. Competition schedules will be provided to all participating teams.

Games are designed to be dynamic and engaging, with each session lasting between 10-30 minutes depending on the sport.

The games are open to everyone, with a special focus on residents from Central and North Singapore regions. As a community initiative aimed at strengthening neighbourhood bonds, teams should include members from these regions. We welcome participants of all ages and abilities to join this celebration of active living and community spirit.

No, each team should register for only one game as there may be concurrent games taking place. However, team members can enjoy trying out the mini games at our activity stations when they're not playing their scheduled game. This ensures everyone can fully participate in their chosen game while still experiencing other activities during the event.

Town Representation & Community Spirit

Be part of your town's sporting journey! You can represent your town. The 12 towns in Central and North region are Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Geylang, Hougang, Kallang, Novena, Mandai, Serangoon, Sembawang, Toa Payoh, Woodlands, Yishun.

No, teams can be mixed! The only requirement is that at least one team member must be from the town you're representing, and all team members agree to represent that town. This flexibility encourages community bonding across neighbourhoods.

The 15M Health Games 2025 unfolds in three exciting phases:

1. Game Showcase & Training Day (30 August 2025)

2. Preliminary Rounds (6 & 13 Sep 2025)

Tournament Journey

Join us for our games showcase and training day on 30 August! This is the perfect opportunity to experience the games firsthand, meet other participants, get comfortable with the rules, and find your favourite game. Once you register, we will send you the exact location and timing details.

Through our knockout tournament format, teams will compete in the preliminary rounds, with the best team from each town advancing to the finals. This means each town will have a maximum of one team representing them in the finals for each game category.

Event Day Experience

Plan to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled game time. This gives you plenty of time for registration, warm-up exercises, game briefing, equipment familiarisation, last-minute team discussions

While we don't provide dedicated transport, we can help you plan your journey by sharing information about accessible public transport routes and parking facilities near the Singapore Sports Hub.

The Singapore Sports Hub offers everything you'll need for a great day of sports. You'll find clean changing rooms, water coolers, and plenty of rest areas between games. There are sheltered competition areas and designated warm-up zones to help you prepare. Spectators can comfortably watch from dedicated seating areas, and we've ensured all facilities, including restrooms, are accessible to everyone.

Absolutely! We've adapted several games, including Tic-Tac Floorball, to ensure everyone can join in the fun. Our games celebrate participation and inclusion, so mobility aids are warmly welcomed.
