Come join us at the interactive zone where you can choose your mascot and make a pledge. Think of how you would like to add more years of healthy life to you and your family; then share it on our interactive LED mural, where your pledge comes to life and travels along the streams to the Fountain of Health.
Sproutland: Grow Well Zone
Step into the Grow Well zone – a wonderland for kids and families! Bounce into health on our bouncy castle, play SEED (Sleep, Eat, Exercise and Screen use) games, and learn about sleep and screen time. This zone is all about nurturing young minds and bodies with playful learning and joyful activities not forgetting mental health support. Let your little ones explore, laugh, and grow healthy habits that last a lifetime! Don’t miss the HealthiKidsverse – a fun place for Health Heroes Experience, where kids aged 3–12 can step into the shoes of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals through fun, hands-on role-play activities.
Heartland heights: Live Well Zone
