📅 Event Details

  • Date: 4 October 2025 (Sat)
  • Time: 10.30am–11am
  • Venue: OCBC Square stage
  • Check-in: 30 mins before your wave

👥 Team Requirements

  • Each team to have 3 members
  • All participants must be aged 18–60 years
  • *Minimum of 1 team member aged 46-60 years old in each team

⏱ Challenge Format

  • 7-Minute Time Cap – 3 exercises, completed in sequence
  • Relay Style – each member completes all 3 exercises before tagging the next teammate
  • 3 Waves – 4 teams per wave (12 participants per wave)
  • 🏆 Top 3 fastest teams of the overall Fitness Challenge will be awarded

👕 What to Wear

  • Sportswear (breathable, quick-dry fabric recommended)
  • Sports shoes with good grip
  • Avoid loose accessories (for safety)

🎒 What to Bring

  • Filled water bottle
  • Small towel
  • Change of clothes (optional)
  • Personal medication (if needed)

⚠️ Precautions

  • Ensure you are in good health before joining
  • Avoid if you have recent injuries or health conditions that may be aggravated by exercise
  • Warm up before your wave, cool down after
  • Follow instructions at all times
  • Stay hydrated
