👟 What to Bring & Wear
  • Dress comfortably—think yoga pants, tights, or fitted shorts. Avoid skirts or flare shorts as exercises involve lying down.
  • Bring your own exercise/yoga mat.
  • Bring your own water.

If you have mobility challenges, we welcome you! TRE® can be done seated, with a caregiver present.
